Melanie Hampton the Managing Director gained many years experience in the London market before establishing Alexander Miller in 1992. Her aim was to give the high level of service, which her multi national clients had enjoyed when she worked for large international broking houses.

Fully qualified with over 25 years experience she is the woman to have on your side for complex or difficult claims. She has built up a truly professional team who use plain English to help guide clients, to establish the risk involved and to explain the policy terms and conditions as required.

So many companies just talk about efficient claims handling but this is one of our strengths. We do not abandon you to a loss adjuster but will be there to help and assist as required.
